Dr. Lorna J. Fedelem is a board-certified family medicine physician based in Naples, Florida, specializing in concierge medicine with a focus on women's health, geriatric medicine, and overall wellness. 

She earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine in 2005 and has over 19 years of experience in the medical field. 

Dr. Fedelem is passionate about whole-person health and is dedicated to helping patients improve their overall well-being through a comprehensive approach that includes lifestyle, medicine, and prevention. 

Stephanie Caruso

Licensed Practical Nurse

Originally from Connecticut, I am now a full-time resident of Naples. With 13 years of nursing experience, I previously served as the Regional Director of Nursing in South Carolina. I have a deep passion for helping others and take pleasure in the sunshine and outdoor walks.



Melissa Beckett

Medical Assistant

My name is Melissa, I was raised in Florida and am originally from Ohio. I lived in Illinois for 4 years where I graduated with honors from Rasmussen University with a medical assisting degree. I have worked in the medical field for over 4 years as a receptionist and as a medical assistant. I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, and theme parks. I moved back to Naples 3 years ago and am married to my husband Casey. I have 4 children, 3 teenage boys and we completed our family last year welcoming a baby girl!
